At Randolph Pharmacy, we believe the patient comes first. With the founding pharmacists coming from a chain retail background, we hear in the patients frustrations that are often part of dealing with a big retail chain pharmacy. All too often the individual patients needs are pushed aside in favor of pushing more and more prescriptions through the register. From parents of newborn children with concerns on the best way to administer their medications, to a first time Medicare Part D patient with questions on how to choose the right plan to fit their needs, often the pharmacist at the chain pharmacies trying to meet these needs simply does not have the time or the resources to do so.
Patient care is the driving reason behind the opening Randolph Pharmacy. We believe that no matter how busy we are, we are dedicated to making sure every patient leaves with the peace-of-mind they deserve. When a patient leaves Randolph Pharmacy, they are equipped with not only the medications they need, but the knowledge they need to stay on the path to good health. We believe that a pharmacy is not just a place to fill a prescription, but a place to find valuable medical information to help you make educated decisions about your health, or the health of loved ones.
